Recovery Care Office

Mission

The Recovery Care Office (RCO) ensures access to the Army Recovery Care Program (ARCP) for Soldiers assigned to the U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) operating environment and provides ARCP support to Soldiers assigned throughout Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.

The Recovery Care Office is the regional proponent for the Army Recovery Care Program. The MRC,EUR RCO provides support and oversight of care for wounded, ill, and injured Soldiers assigned or attached in the region.
