The MRC,EUR G1-Human Resources (HR) primary function is to plan and prioritize HR support to assure a unity of purpose and effort that maximizes the personnel readiness and operational capabilities of MRC,EUR. MRC,EUR G1 achieves this through execution of the HR Competencies of Manning the Force; Providing HR Services; Coordinating Personnel Support and Conducting HR Planning and Operations. The G1 serves as advisor to the MRC,EUR Commanding General and subordinate commands on all HR matters.
