Services:

• Support MTFs in MRC,EUR-wide implementation of the MEDCOM Clinical Quality Management Program
• Ensure Joint Commission (JC) Continuous Survey Readiness throughout MRC,EUR
• Conduct mission analysis to assist G1 & G3 in validating PROFIS/Deployment taskings
• Coordinate with Reserve Affairs to identify personnel for deployments and backfill
• Provide consultation to G-4 on medical equip/supply standardization issues
• Coordinate staff actions and provide recommendations on clinical issues
• Establish the MRC,EUR Case Management network and support the WTU Case Managers
• Coordinate specialty appointments, referrals, and medical travel for EUCOM/CENTCOM beneficiaries referred to CONUS
• Administer the MRC,EUR Consultant Program
• ICW MRC,EUR CJA, coordinate identification of expert medical witnesses to assist trial and defense counsel
• Serve as Unit Victim Advocate for HQ 7th Army
• Serve as liaison between 7th Army and MRC,EUR on enlisted medical operations
• Serve as advisor to enlisted EOAs
• Conduct SAVs to outlying clinics to include USAREUR
• Assist with education and doctrine on enlisted policies
